Civil Litigator | Trial Attorney | Problem Solver
Real Estate, Construction Law, Landlord-Tenant, Arbitration and Mediation
and Much More...
Real estate and business disputes can quickly become complex and disruptive. I represent individuals, property owners, contractors, and businesses in civil litigation involving real estate and commercial matters. My focus is on protecting my clients’ rights, clarifying their legal position, and pursuing practical solutions that resolve disputes effectively.
Personal Practice
I intentionally keep my practice small so I can give every case the attention it deserves. When you work with my firm, you work directly with me—an attorney who knows your matter and is invested in the outcome. My approach is personal, thoughtful, and focused on providing clear guidance and strong advocacy.
Brett L. Gibbs
I’m a civil litigator licensed since 2007, experienced in handling state and federal cases from start to finish, including trial and arbitration. I pride myself on understanding the nuances of civil litigation and finding practical solutions for my clients. No problem is too big or too small—I dive in, assess the strengths and weaknesses, and develop strategies to achieve the best outcome.
I also know that sometimes the best outcome is avoiding litigation altogether. Helping clients achieve what they want—or need—efficiently and effectively is what drives my work every day.
